Job Duties
- Setup and breakdown of bar and bar area
- Attend to guests upon entrance and exit of PONTE bar and bar area
- Full knowledge of food and beverage menu
- Menu presentation to guest
- Take and serve orders
- Must be able to up sell and make recommendations from the menu
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Involve management with any issues and be able to handle adversity
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Preparation and execution of all beverages for PONTE
