Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
Capability to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to work in noisy and fast-paced conditions
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand and move around for long periods
Must be able to walk or stand 100 percent of the shift
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Must comply with dress code and maintain neat, clean appearance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in restaurant or bar settings is advantageous but not essential
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Demonstrated customer service skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Capable of operating POS systems including Micros
Ability to maintain friendly and professional demeanor
Teamwork and cooperation skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant problems
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to sanitation procedures
Manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately
Follow alcohol awareness procedures
Assess guest demeanor and escalate issues
Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes
Maintain clean work station
Greet guests promptly
Take accurate food and drink orders
Understand menu items thoroughly
Enter orders into Micros system correctly
Complete station side work and sales reporting
Operate Micros and credit card machines accurately
Ensure proper food garnishing and delivery
Work efficiently following 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy
Participate in sales incentives and contests
Complete bar inventories and requisitions
Perform opening and closing duties
Assist in party setup and breakdown
Support other team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly
Maintain positive relationships with coworkers
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Smile frequently and maintain professionalism
Follow dress code and appearance standards
Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
