Job Requirements

Minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to company training
Reliable and punctual
Physically able to stand for long periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
Attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails and beer at the bar
Serve food to guests seated in the bar area
Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Manage time effectively to handle busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
