Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Physically able to meet the demands of the role with or without accommodations

Job Duties

Prepare and serve expertly concocted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
Connect guests to the brewhouse experience by recommending beverage and food pairings
Craft fun and memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes
Provide beer and wine service with skill and knowledge
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest service
