Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Must disclose any medication that might impair ability to perform job safely
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or serving experience
- Knowledge of bar safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety regulations and company policies
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Performs opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area to include stocking bar, maintaining sanitation guidelines, and setting up hors d'oeuvres for happy hour
- Prepares and courteously serves residents and guests beverages and closes out tickets as drinks are served
- Is responsible for ensuring that all tickets have a correct signature on them
- Notify Director of Leisure and Entertainment (LE) or any malfunctioning bar equipment
- The ability to work in a safe and alert manner
- The ability to take ownership for associate's safety and the safety of the residents
- Must disclose any medication that might impair associate's ability to perform the job safely or competently
