Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Knowledge of standard sanitation and safety practices
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Mix and serve drinks to guests consistently and accurately
Serve drinks with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Sanitize guest touch points to ensure safety and cleanliness
Demonstrate strong knowledge of liquor and cocktail recipes
Engage guests with enthusiasm and great conversation skills
Maintain the bar area organized and stocked
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
