Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capable of standing for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to work cooperatively with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment advantageous
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Basic knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
Proficiency with POS systems beneficial

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly as they are seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
Deliver and settle bills promptly, thanking guests and inviting them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
