Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capable of standing for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
  • Proficiency with POS systems beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly as they are seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • Deliver and settle bills promptly, thanking guests and inviting them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
