Job Requirements

Minimum age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the place of employment
Food handler certification within 30 days of employment
Alcohol server certification
Ability to work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Must be minimum required age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the location of employment
Familiar with basic kitchen/cooking equipment
Background in restaurants or food service preferred
Food Handler certification within 30 days of employment
Alcohol Server certification required
Bilingual a plus
Five-star customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and varied environment where the customer is first
Committed and flexible

Job Duties

Prepare drinks on an as needed basis using predetermined preparation standards and recipes
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and safety policies
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with members
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed
