Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to engage guests with positivity and enthusiasm
Ability to operate a POS computer system
Basic math skills to count money and make change
Excellent communication skills
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
Ability to process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Strong communication skills to engage guests and work effectively with team members
Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation accurately
Physical capability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs during shifts
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Engages with guests and takes drink orders
Assists guests in enhancing the excitement of their Medieval Times experience
Has fun while delivering a great guest experience
Answers questions regarding beverages, glassware, and pricing
Fulfills drink orders in a neat, timely and pleasant manner
Takes money, makes change and balances cash till
Utilizes POS terminal to record sales transactions
Delivers beverages to guests in the arena
Cleans bar equipment and fixtures to maintain the required standard of cleanliness and ensure compliance with regulations
Performs additional duties as assigned
