Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
work in hot and cold environments
work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
read and write handwritten notes
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods
walk or stand 100% of shift
reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
must be able to read and communicate in English
skilled in effective communication to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
friendly and able to smile frequently

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to sanitation procedures
maintain personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and alert management
follow bar recipes and control costs
keep station clean and organized
greet guests in a friendly manner
accurately take food and drink orders
understand menu items and answer guest questions
enter orders into Micros system
manage sales on personal Micros keys
operate Micros and handle credit card transactions accurately
ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
work efficiently using "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
participate in sales incentives and contests
complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets
perform opening and closing duties
assist in party setup and breakdown
support team members as needed
buss and reset tables
ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery
maintain drink levels
pre-bus and remove clutter
foster positive relationships with team members
communicate effectively with guests and team members
maintain friendly demeanor and smile frequently
comply with dress code
work in fast paced environment
