Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal drinking age
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology
Basic math skills for handling cash and tabs
Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest and team member touch points
Follow all health and safety protocols and sanitation practices
Assist in managing bar inventory and supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Uphold company standards for beverage quality and presentation
