Job Requirements

  • must be 21 to apply
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field
  • ability to work full-time or part-time as required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must maintain a professional appearance
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws
  • ability to operate POS system efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or at least one year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field
  • previous customer service experience desired
  • must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative
  • must be able to represent the club in a professional manner to members and guests
  • must be 21 to apply

Job Duties

  • ensure satisfaction for all members through proper progression of service sequence
  • be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails
  • adhere to all pouring standards
  • card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated
  • have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner
  • know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item
  • know how to efficiently operate the POS system
  • in all interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
  • perform other duties as assigned
