Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
Capacity to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for 100% of shift
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle fast-paced and noisy work environments
Demonstrated enthusiasm for guest service
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Friendly and professional appearance adhering to dress code

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company sanitation procedures
Maintain personal bank and operate financial transactions accurately
Follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests appropriately
Assess guest demeanor and escalate when needed
Follow bar recipes to ensure consistency and control costs
Keep station clean and set up and take down station tables
Greet newly seated guests promptly and courteously
Accurately take guests' food and drink orders
Understand menu items and answer questions about food and drinks
Enter orders into Micros system quickly and accurately
Manage sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
Operate Micros system effectively and balance cash at end of shift
Ensure food is garnished and delivered to designated areas
Work efficiently using 'Full hands in, full hands out' philosophy
Participate in sales incentives and contests
Complete bar inventories and daily requisitions
Perform opening and closing duties timely
Assist in party setup and breakdown
Support team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Maintain ongoing guest satisfaction through timely service
Foster cooperative and harmonious working relationships
Communicate clearly with guests and team members
Exhibit friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
Handle fast-paced, noisy environments
Meet age requirement of at least 18 years
