Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year bartending or related experience
Age 21 or older
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending or beverage service experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation
Customer-focused mindset
Team player with a positive attitude
Understanding of responsible alcohol service policies

Job Duties

Delivering exceptional beverages in an energetic atmosphere to our guests
Provide full menu service while maintaining clean surroundings
Lead the team in upholding responsible alcohol service standards
Support with executing to go experiences
Maintain a welcoming and safe bar environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
