Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits
- proficiency with food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
- fluent in English
- must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
- must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
- able to lift 35 lbs
- must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather conditions

Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- greet guests pleasantly
- walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- highlight menu, food and beverage options, making suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions or allergies
- prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
- follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
- support with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
- communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests promptly
- adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- assist team members as needed
- inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries
- monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
