Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits
  • proficiency with food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
  • fluent in English
  • must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
  • must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
  • able to lift 35 lbs
  • must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
  • greet guests pleasantly
  • walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
  • highlight menu, food and beverage options, making suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions or allergies
  • prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
  • follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
  • support with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
  • communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests promptly
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
  • assist team members as needed
  • inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries
  • monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
  • inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
  • perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
