Job Requirements

Able to communicate speak read and write in English
legal age in the state to serve alcohol
authorized to work in the United States
excellent customer service and people skills
in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
strong attention to detail
high energy levels
ability to work in a team
excellent verbal communication
able to bend at waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
able to remain standing and active for 8-12 hour shifts
able to hear understand and respond in a loud environment
able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures below 0 F and above 90 F throughout shift

Job Duties

Roll clean silverware for service
remove dirty utensils plates drinks from bar
clean and reset bar after guests leave
sweep bar area take out trash and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
communicate well with teammates to meet guest needs
legally serve and pour alcohol
read recipes and make drinks according to standards
help with food running
adhere to health and safety regulations
follow manager directions throughout a shift
interact with guests and help with guest needs
