Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 21 years old as per legal alcohol service regulations
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques
Familiarity with food and beverage pairings
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education

Job Duties

Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages accurately and efficiently
Maintain an exceptionally well-stocked and organized bar
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and friendly service
Engage with guests to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience
Continuously update knowledge of food and beverage menus
Participate in ongoing training and testing sessions for skill enhancement
Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the bar area
