Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to read and communicate in English
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
Work in environments with hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and cooking equipment
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
Walk or stand 100 percent of shift
Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
Must be able to read and communicate in English
Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
Friendly and able to smile frequently
Demonstrate ability to operate Micros system accurately
Understand and follow company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
Dress in proper dress code looking neat, clean and professional at all times
Work well in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Able to listen and communicate orders and needs verbally and via Micros

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction
Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
Accurately take guests' food and drink orders
Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink
Enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence
Complete opening/closing duties in a timely manner
Assist in party set up and breakdown
Buss and reset tables as needed
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food and drinks and responding promptly to guest needs
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members
Listen to hear guests' orders and needs and communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally and via Micros system
Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales and promote brand
Complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as required
Operate Micros system effectively, complete financial transactions accurately
Work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
