Job Requirements

Minimum of 21 years of age
Knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
Ability to be on your feet for up to eight hours
Effective communication skills
Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends
Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
Ability to comply with food and beverage service regulations

Job Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
Strong mixology skills
Effective communication with guests and associates
Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and squat for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet customers in a timely manner
Prepare a large amount alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
Manage bar operation
including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies
