Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal age to serve alcohol as per state regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards related to bar service

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Inventory control including stocking and ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and liquor laws
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to optimize guest experience
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately
