Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal age to serve alcohol as per state regulations
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to bar service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Inventory control including stocking and ordering supplies
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and liquor laws
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to optimize guest experience
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
