Job Requirements
- minimum of three years of experience in high volume hospitality service
- ability to work for 8 hours in a row and lift 50lbs
- availability to work flexible hours primarily including nights and weekends
- must maintain ServSafe and RAMPS certification
- ability to multi-task in a high paced atmosphere
- positive attitude especially in challenging situations
- team oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Job Duties
- greet take orders prepare drinks and support all guests dining needs in The Lounge and Music Hall for all events
- meet all standards of service for the best guest experience
- prep and maintain all necessary supplies for service
- stay informed on current menu offerings and relevant beverage details
- maintain ServSafe and RAMPS certification and enforce and maintain all Office of Food Protection Health and Safety and PLCB standards
- support peers and management in providing the safest and most positive work environment
