Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
must have reliable transportation
must be able to work various shifts
must be authorized to work in the United States
able to follow company policies and procedures
ability to maintain a professional appearance and proper uniform
willingness to learn and develop skills continuously

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
knowledge of craft beers and liquor trends
strong customer service skills
ability to operate POS systems
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team
positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Greet guests enthusiastically
suggest specials based on menu knowledge
enter items into POS system
deliver food and check back to ensure customer satisfaction
operate a cash drawer and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
sincerely thank guests and invite them to return
check IDs per state and local law and serve alcohol responsibly
work as a team with all front of house employees
