Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain where applicable
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures
Willingness to follow company alcoholic service policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or relevant restaurant experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to learn and execute beverage recipes accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of standard sanitation and safety procedures
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Make and execute P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Understand restaurant seating layout, including how tables are divided into server areas for efficient food delivery
Partner with other hospitality service team members to ensure guests have everything they need
Learn how to set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's China Bistro specifications
Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service
