Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of experience as a food and beverage server, bartender, or related field
Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of specialty drinks, cocktails, and food menu
Ability to operate POS systems
Professional and clean personal appearance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or at least one year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field
Previous customer service experience desired
Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative
Must be able to represent the club in a professional manner to members and guests
Must be 21 to apply

Job Duties

Ensure satisfaction for all members through proper progression of service sequence
Be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails
Adhere to all pouring standards
Card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated
Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner
Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item
Know how to efficiently operate the POS system
In all interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
Performs other duties as assigned
