Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
1+ years of cashiering or cash handling experience
Previous bartender experience preferred
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Minimum 21 years of age
Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Knowledge of mixed liquors and ales, soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages
Serve cold beverages such as wine, beer, and sodas and collect monies for beverages and food served in the lounge
Prepare bar area with necessary supplies such as ice, fruit garnishes
Use Micros system and handle end of shift reports
Arrange bottles and glasses to create an attractive display following specifications
Perform cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products to maintain health standards
