Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Capability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Commitment to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitize guest and team member touchpoints
Ensure a safe and friendly environment for guests
Engage guests warmly to create a family-like atmosphere
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Assist with inventory management and bar setup
