Job Requirements

Ability to engage with members and staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift 40 lbs regularly
Ability to push and pull equipment up to 50 lbs
Good manual and finger dexterity
Willingness to learn and adapt
Must maintain professional appearance and behavior
Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work under stress and handle conflict
Commitment to regular attendance and punctuality
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year restaurant experience preferred
Country club experience preferred
Experience with ForeTees and Jonas software preferred
Valid driver's license required
CPR/AED certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Positive attitude and teamwork focus

Job Duties

Create classic and innovative drinks quickly and accurately
Maintain sanitation of bar equipment and workspaces
Manage par inventory and request additional supplies as necessary
Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before shifts
Greet members and guests, remembering their names and drink preferences
Handle cash receipts and daily logs accurately
Assist with takeout orders and report complaints promptly
Verify member age for alcohol purchases when required
Keep glassware clean, polished, and well-stocked
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar seating and work areas
Support co-workers and promote teamwork
Perform duties assigned by management calmly and efficiently
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
