Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, including grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
May be exposed to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and extreme temperatures and weather conditions

Job Duties

Be fully knowledgeable of the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered
Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking
Deliver excellent guest service daily
Create drink recipes, stock the bar, and maintain a clean work station
Build a positive rapport with guests
