Job Requirements

Minimum education level as required by position
Prior bartending or relevant experience preferred
Valid state-mandated beverage service certificate if applicable
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Must be at least the legal drinking age
Ability to follow recipes and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

One to three months of related experience or training
State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for food and beverages
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
Conduct wine service
Ensure a memorable dining experience by embodying the CPK High 5 values
Maintain an energetic, friendly, and fun-loving attitude in a teamwork environment
Comply with state-mandated beverage service certificate requirements
