Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience
knowledge of alcohol beverage preparation
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
good interpersonal skills
ability to stand for long periods
ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Proven work experience as a bartender
excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely and efficient manner
monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure their safety and wellbeing
maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure bar equipment is functioning properly
adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures
restock bar inventory as necessary
perform other duties as assigned by the manager
