Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Reliable with punctuality
Willing to complete required training and certifications
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Ready to work in a fast-paced, fun environment

Passion for movies and guest experience
Previous bartender experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better
Learn the basics of bartending with provided training including how to mix tasty drinks and pour perfect portions
Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
Check IDs to ensure guests are 21 and older, following all laws and guidelines
Keep the bar area clean and stocked for efficient operation
Open the bar at the start of the day and close it down at night, setting up and putting things away
Follow instructions on safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials
Work as part of a team supporting fellow bartenders and ensuring smooth operations
Help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected
Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards including black non-slip shoes, black pants, and AMC provided shirt
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
Uphold AMC standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures
