Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Willingness to complete required training and certifications provided by AMC
Reliability and punctuality
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Bartender experience is appreciated but not required
Strong guest service skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team
Friendly and outgoing personality
Passion for movies and creating a fantastic guest experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better
Learn the basics of bartending with our provided training, including how to mix tasty drinks and pour perfect portions
Suggest our featured and premium beverages
Check IDs and ensure that we only serve guests who are 21 and older, following all laws and guidelines
Keep the bar area clean and stocked
Open the bar at the start of the day and close it down at night
Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals and cleaning materials
Work as part of a team, supporting your fellow bartenders
Help create an inclusive environment to ensure everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected
Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards including black non-slip shoes, black pants, and AMC provided shirt
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
Uphold AMC's standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures
