Job Requirements

2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume upscale restaurant
Current Food Handlers and TABC certification
Knowledge and passion for wine, beer and craft cocktails
Compliance with all local, state and federal liquor laws
Familiar with POS system
Friendly and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume upscale restaurant
Current Food Handlers certification
Current TABC certification
Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails
Familiarity with POS systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide warm and professional guest service

Job Duties

Craft elevated Asian-inspired cocktails that complement the menu
Provide friendly and professional service to guests
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
Operate the POS system accurately
Demonstrate knowledge and passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment
