Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
at least one year of closely related bartending experience
knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
ability to interact enthusiastically with the public and coworkers
ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
cash handling and customer service experience preferred
ability to frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year of bartending experience
knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation and presentation
ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
cash handling experience preferred
work experience in high-volume or fast casual dining preferred

Job Duties

Greet customers and take food and drink orders
provide information about products and suggest upsells
mix and prepare beverages following recipes and product directions
collect payments and operate cash registers in accordance with cash handling policies
ensure compliance with alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
communicate effectively with servers and management regarding ticket times and any issues
