- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending and food and beverage experience
- Valid alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer

Job Duties
- Prepare bar setup appropriately at the start of the shift including bottles, garnish tray, juices, glassware, and ice bin
- Consistently check bar area for cleanliness and ensure all necessary items are stocked
- Maintain liquor control and pour products accurately
- Possess clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, wines, and a la carte menu items including specials
- Assist serving food and beverages to Members and guests at the bar
- Execute Member and guest orders accurately and promptly
- Greet Members by name and provide warm, courteous service
