Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or relevant experience preferred
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
excellent customer service skills
ability to stand for extended periods
knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role
knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes

Job Duties

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and team member touch points
ensure compliance with health and safety standards
interact with guests to enhance their dining experience
assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
support team members and management with daily operational tasks
