Job Requirements

Previous experience preferred
A current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC TIPS ABLE
Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

Job Qualifications

Previous experience preferred
A current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC TIPS ABLE
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner ensuring a welcoming environment
Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy's recipes maintaining quality and consistency
Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Provide prompt and efficient service handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
Keep the bar area clean and organized restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
