Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Reliable and punctual
Willing to complete required training and certifications
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
Love for movies and desire to create fantastic guest experiences
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 90 feet

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Bartender experience appreciated but not required
Strong guest service abilities
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for movies and creating excellent guest experiences

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better
Learn the basics of bartending with provided training, including mixing drinks and pouring portions
Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
Check IDs to ensure legal alcohol service and maintain a safe environment
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and ready for customers
Open and close the bar following protocols
Follow instructions for the safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Create an inclusive environment where all guests feel welcome
Adhere to AMC wardrobe standards and maintain a professional demeanor
Uphold AMC company policies and procedures
