Job Requirements

At least 3 years of bartending experience in a full-service bar or restaurant
Knowledgeable in craft beer, cocktails, and food
Strong passion for guest service
Excellent teamwork skills
Availability to work on weekends (Friday - Sunday)

Job Duties

Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations
Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Support the service team with dining operations and guest experience
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
