Job Requirements
- Must have problem solving abilities
- Must be self-motivated and organized
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Ability to maneuver between simultaneous functions
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis
- Occasionally lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity
- Continuous talking and hearing during guest and team communication
- Manual dexterity to use and operate necessary equipment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- Thorough knowledge of menu items and service procedures
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Job Duties
- Exceed guests' expectations by providing an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccable service and a genuine sense of hospitality
- Maintain and oversee all aspects of the bar including a cash drawer/POS system, customer consumption and support of your front of house and back of house teammates
- Precisely prepare and execute an exciting menu of handmade cocktails
- Embrace continuous learning and an innovative approach to expanding knowledge of food and beverage
- Articulate appealing descriptions of every menu item, explaining preparation methods and ingredients
- Participate in research and development of cocktails with the team, Head Bartender and JAG Cocktail Innovator
- Support a fun, dynamic, and innovative atmosphere fostering team collaboration
