Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year experience
  • Relevant training certificate
  • Food handler's card and Class 12 alcohol permit are required according to local and or state regulations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and restaurant needs
  • Ability to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hours including some holidays and most weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk continually throughout an eight-hour shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Job Duties

  • Identify and deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving our guests
  • Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
  • Inform our guests of daily specials
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
  • Treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strive to exceed guest expectations
  • Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties
  • Clean behind the bar and bar area prior to clocking out of your shift including sweeping, mopping, and following checklist for opening and closing your work station
