Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-year experience
Relevant training certificate
Food handler's card and Class 12 alcohol permit are required according to local and or state regulations
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and restaurant needs
Ability to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hours including some holidays and most weekends
Ability to stand and walk continually throughout an eight-hour shift
Ability to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Basic math and written communication skills

Job Duties

Identify and deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving our guests
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
Inform our guests of daily specials
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strive to exceed guest expectations
Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties
Clean behind the bar and bar area prior to clocking out of your shift including sweeping, mopping, and following checklist for opening and closing your work station
