Job Duties

  • Oversee and guide guest's complete dining and restaurant experience
  • provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
  • demonstrate full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation, and service execution
  • possess extensive beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, local craft and international beers, wine varietals and pairings
  • adhere to all company service standards and protocols
  • confidently use POS system for order entry and payment processing
  • ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly while confirming guest satisfaction
  • maintain a sanitary environment for guests including sanitizing tables, chairs, and bathrooms
  • ensure proper table maintenance including water service and pre-bussing
  • assist with setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, plants, and canopy for patio service
  • ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment promptly
  • communicate respectfully with chefs, kitchen team, and servers
  • support team members to ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after service
  • engage management for any guest issues or complaints
  • maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas
  • stock and prepare service related items, set up and clean bar
  • adhere to grooming and dress code standards
