Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Possess 2-3 years of bartending experience
Demonstrate passion for true hospitality
Show devotion to best in class service and food
Exhibit integrity and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible schedules
Willingness to participate in hospitality training

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or high-volume environment
Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages to guests following fine dining standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service that embodies hospitality values
Manage high-volume service efficiently and professionally
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed
Collaborate with team members to create a seamless guest experience
