Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 3+ years of previous experience working as a bartender preferred
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Will be required to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check
- Must pass drug testing as per companys drug free workplace policy and applicable background checks

Job Duties
- Is responsible for overall cleanliness and appearance of the bar area
- Prepares and services beverages for servers and guests in a quick, efficient, friendly and professional manner
- Serves food to guests
- Multi-tasks several orders at once
- Ensures that guests are served in accordance to State and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol, including checking identification
- Determines when a guest has had too much alcohol and contacts the manager on duty or security for assistance
- Processes payments
- Maintains inventory of the bar
- Maintains an opening and closing check list
- Answers general customer inquiries as needed
- All other duties as assigned
