Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
able to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and around cooking equipment
must be able to read and write handwritten notes
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
able to walk or stand 100% of shift
able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
dressed in proper dress code always, neat, clean and professional
work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions

Job Qualifications

Friendly and able to smile frequently
skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
able to read and communicate in English
restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
ability to operate Micros POS system accurately
ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to companys sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
