Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Availability for evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts
Reliable and punctual attendance
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet
Willingness to complete required training and certifications
Comply with AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong guest service and teamwork skills

Bartender experience is appreciated but not required

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better
Learn the basics of bartending with provided training, including how to mix tasty drinks and pour perfect portions
Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
Check IDs and ensure that only guests aged 21 and older are served, following all laws and guidelines
Keep the bar area clean and stocked
Open the bar at the start of the day and close it down at night, setting up and putting things back just the way you expect to find them
Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals and cleaning materials
Work as part of a team, supporting fellow bartenders and ensuring smooth operations
Help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected
Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards including black non-slip shoes, black pants, and AMC-provided shirt where applicable
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
Uphold AMC's standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures
