Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending and food and beverage experience
  • flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and bar operations
  • alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
  • strong communication skills and articulate speech
  • ability to work both indoors and outdoors

  • knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer
  • familiarity with common cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks

Job Duties

  • prepare bar setup including bottles, garnish trays, juices, glassware, and ice bins at the start of shift
  • consistently check and maintain cleanliness of bar areas and ensure all necessary items are stocked
  • manage liquor control and pour products accurately
  • maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, wines, and club menu, including daily specials
  • assist in serving food and beverages to members and guests at the bar
  • execute member and guest orders promptly and accurately
  • greet members by name with a warm and friendly welcome
