Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that enhance their movie experience
learn the basics of bartending through provided training including mixing drinks and pouring perfect portions
suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
check IDs to ensure legal alcohol service
maintain a clean and stocked bar area
open and close the bar daily according to standards
follow safe use instructions for chemicals and cleaning materials
work as part of a team to support bartenders and smooth operations
help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed
adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards
maintain a professional and positive demeanor
uphold AMC's standards by following all company policies and procedures
