Job Requirements
- Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
- Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
- Well focused and organized
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other staff to uphold quality and consistency of service
- Monitor customer identification and compliance with responsible beverage service laws
- Attend to guest needs promptly and courteously
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
