Job Requirements

Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
Well focused and organized
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with other staff to uphold quality and consistency of service
Monitor customer identification and compliance with responsible beverage service laws
Attend to guest needs promptly and courteously
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
