Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
reliable attendance and punctuality
physical ability to frequently bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and reach throughout the theater
adapt to moderate to high noise levels
able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
prior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred
excellent guest service skills
ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
effective communication skills in verbal and written English
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
ability to take and follow direction
energetic and friendly attitude
sense of urgency in responding to duties

Job Duties

Greets guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
possesses full knowledge of bar and menu items and makes recommendations
accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
consistently uses suggestive selling techniques
collaborates with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
delivers food and beverage orders within established time frames
processes payment for completed guest orders
maintains appropriate stock levels for the bar
assists the general manager on duty with placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies
consistently wipes down and sanitizes employee and guest high-contact areas
properly utilizes personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
monitors safety and security issues and reports issues to management
performs other work-related duties as assigned
